Ground Team (Field Engineers). 2+ years (Troubleshoot card-level hardware issues related to Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers, and other accessories).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Display (Module Type) Replacement: Diagnose and replace faulty display modules.
2. Motherboard Replacement: Identify and replace defective motherboards.
3. All-in-One PC Maintenance: Understand components. Repair or replace RAM, hard drives, etc. Troubleshoot software and hardware.
4. Workstation Model Expertise (Laptops and PCs): Specialize in high-performance devices.
5. Diagnose complex issues.
6. Collaborate with engineering teams.
Must Have: a 2-wheeler with a valid license. Open for field profile.
