Job Description
The role of the Accident Benefits Clerk consists of the following:
Completion of OCF forms
Liaising with paralegals
Understanding of the SABS
Drafting all pleading
preparing file summaries
Reviewing and summarizing all medical documentation
Daily communication with client and third parties
Qualifications/Competencies:
1-2 years personal injury law experience preferred.
Mandatory high proficiency in Excel.
Proven organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Superior time-management skills, multitasking, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Patient, able to work under pressure.
High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
