The Opportunity
At Shine, we champion better justice for our clients. And as a full-time, permanent Law Clerk in our WorkCover No Fault team based in our Melbourne CBD office, that starts with you. You’ll work closely with our legal team to make a meaningful, long-lasting impact for our clients going through the WorkCover No Fault claim process.

With empathy, adaptability and initiative, you will be a true champion of our clients by:
Progressing and resolving a file load, with guidance of our solicitors across No Fault workers compensation cases mainly across the impairment benefit claims process.
Proficiently assessing new client enquiries
Competently taking initial instructions from new clients.
Motivation to grow and develop the practice, including engaging in business development.
Cultivating strong relationships with our clients, Shine employees, Counsel and other external stakeholders.
Preparing legal documentation with a high degree of detail, and managing and running a file load with a keen level of commercial and fiscal awareness.
Working as one team using market-leading systems to effectively obtain maximum compensation for our deserving clients.
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in a claims assessing/managing role, with a focus on the impairment benefits process.
A strong understanding of and ability to interpret the AMA guides and WorkCover No Fault legislation.
An innate ability to question, challenge the status quo and always stay ahead of the pack.
You’ll be a great communicator both verbally and in writing.
A commitment to truly connect with those around you and work together to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
