Experienced Lawyer Required
We are looking for an experienced lawyer for the role of Associate Advocate. This position involves managing various tasks related to litigation and non-litigation practice in our Chambers, located in Nariman Point, Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, and have strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team. A valid Law Degree from a reputable law college and a valid Sanad are essential qualifications.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing multiple cases and appearing before various courts and tribunals independently or with seniors.
• Drafting court documents, including pleadings, petitions, and applications.
• Briefing and assisting Counsel/Seniors in taking matters forward.
