Role Overview
As an Law Firm Management Associate, you will support the execution of end-to-end branding and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve client coordination, research, content support, social media engagement, and working with external agency partners and vendors.
Location: Delhi | Full-time
Experience: 0-1 years
Education: LL.B. (or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
Account Execution
· Assist in executing branding and marketing strategies for law firm and individual lawyer clients
· Support activities such as legal directory submissions, profiling, rankings, and visibility initiatives
· Coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external vendors
Networking & Positioning
· Identify relevant networking platforms, conferences, awards, and industry opportunities
· Support client and agency business development and positioning efforts
Industry Research
· Track developments in the legal industry, including news, trends, conferences, and speaking opportunities
· Share insights and recommendations with the team for client positioning
Social Media & LinkedIn Engagement
· Work with Brand Managers to execute LinkedIn engagement and content strategies
· Assist in building and maintaining professional relationships within the legal ecosystem
. Manage firm social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) and design relevant branding collaterals using Canva
Rankings & Awards
· Assist with submissions to Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR, and other legal ranking and awards platforms
· Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather inputs, manage timelines, and finalize submissions.
