Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Delhi. This mid-level position is open for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience. The employment type is flexible, including Full-Time, Part-Time, Remote, Hybrid, and Contract-to-Hire, and Contract options. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various areas of law and capable of providing comprehensive legal support and analysis.
Qualifications And Skills
• Proficiency in legal research with the ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
• Strong knowledge and experience in contract law, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the company's interests.
• Effective litigation skills to manage and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Exceptional legal writing skills for drafting and reviewing legal documents, briefs, and correspondence.
• Thorough understanding of legal compliance to ensure all company operations adhere to relevant legal standards.
• Expert negotiation skills to mediate and settle disputes, reaching favorable outcomes for the company.
• Proficient in legal analysis, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough examination of legal matters.
• Experience in legal documentation, maintaining accurate records of legal proceedings, contracts, and company policies.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and provide expert legal opinions and advice to management on various issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the companys legal interests.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, managing litigation and coordinating with external legal counsel.
• Ensure all company operations are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and review complex legal documents, ensuring accuracy and mitigating potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal questions and provide support on corporate policies and contracts.
• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise on necessary actions to mitigate potential issues.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and inform the company of potential impacts on its operations.
