Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Law Manager specializing in Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing litigation matters, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role demands a professional with strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to handle complex cases effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all litigation processes including pre-litigation, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Handle a diverse range of cases: civil, criminal, corporate, and commercial.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Provide legal advice on litigation matters and draft/review relevant legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with external law firms.
Additional Requirements:
• Strong litigation knowledge and case management.
• LL.B. with 7-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in corporate/commercial law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
