Handling Civil & Criminal Litigation and Arbitration. Drafting, Vetting, due diligence, experience in suits written statements, replies, replies, rejoinders, complaints, expert knowledge of CPC, IPC, Cr.P.C, Contract I & II. Company law, N.I Act, Arbitration cases.
Must be self-motivated, team player, interpersonal skills, communication skills, Coordinating external Advocates, briefing, Presentation in various courts.
Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary team and working groups in multi-cultural Environment as well as to work individually.
Planning skills, Management of work plans, Drafting of various Deeds, documentation, Commercial Agreements, Attending Call Work, Maintenance of record.
