Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Attending court hearings daily in the district courts of Delhi and the High Court of Delhi
• Working on the drafting of suits, applications, complaints, notices, and vetting
• Preparing questions for cross-examination under our legal guidance and mentoring
• Working on finding out legal loopholes to win an adverse party case and assisting in the preparation of the best possible case by drafting, evidence, and arguments
• Conducting legal research on legal issues with our guidance and nudging
District Courts are the fountainheads of learning; no litigation lawyer is complete without exposure to the district courts; and for a successful career as a litigating lawyer in the higher courts, base learning from the district courts is indispensable. To prepare and argue the appeal in the higher courts, nuances of the district court trials and procedures are a must. This exposure is given to the interns by facilitating them to help in working and preparing the cases for trial/arguments on a day-to-day basis.
