Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Compliances of direct tax, indirect tax laws, corporate laws and commercial laws etc. including registrations, filing of returns etc.
• Handle drafting and litigations of taxation and commercial laws
• Business, Financial, Investment, Auditing & Management Consultancy.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support lawyers in case preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Assist in preparing for court hearings and trials by organizing case files and evidence.
• Communicate with clients and other legal professionals to gather information and updates on cases.
• Stay up to date on legal developments and trends to contribute to the team's knowledge base and overall success.
