About the internship:
The Legal IPR Intern will oversee the financial operations, ensure accurate; timely accounting, and manage the accounting team. This role demands strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patent, Industrial Design & Trademark research: Maintain and update our database. Research to gather Patents, Industrial Design & Trademark details related to Drones sector within India. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information within the database.
2. Communication with IP Law Firms: Liaise with attorneys and law firms hired for filing Trademark, Patent & Industrial Design Applications ; keep track of all the details and updates. Collaborate with legal professionals to obtain necessary information for IP registrations and maintenance.
3. Database building and organization: Contribute to building and refining our internal database structure to optimize efficiency and accessibility.
4. Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements, emphasizing legal-related aspects
Qualifications:
1. Education: Degree in Law, or pursuing Law
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Intellectual Property laws
3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail-oriented: Meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy
