The Agency, Inc. seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our general liability practice group in California.
We are a nationally renowned litigation law firm specializing in complex civil matters, including toxic tort, product liability, and local government cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage local and national accounts throughout California.
Independently handle a litigation caseload.
Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.
Analyze discovery requests and prepare responses.
Prepare court filings and experience with e-filing.
Support trial preparation and maintain accurate time records.
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience in product liability, transportation, aviation, or premises liability.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in California.
Experience with motion practice and depositions.
Lead plaintiff and expert depositions.
Independent work and organized manner.
Superior research and writing skills.
Ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters.
