Key Responsibilities:
Acting for clients in commercial matters including buying and selling property and businesses, leases, subdivision developments, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements.
Providing regulatory compliance advice and assisting with asset planning and trusts.
Working with a diverse range of industries and individuals in relation to their personal affairs.
