We are looking for a talented Lawyer for Business Development to join our team in Bangalore. As an Associate Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advisory and contract management support to various businesses in India.
The successful candidate will have strong legal and business judgment, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to analyze and assess business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Providing ongoing legal counseling and advice on a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property, digital media, e-commerce marketplace, company secretarial, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
• Reviewing program constructs for new and existing business initiatives, developing/refining terms and conditions, and reviewing promotional artwork and advertisements.
