Job Summary:
As a General Liability Attorney at our law firm, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of general liability matters, developing and implementing case strategies, and providing expert legal representation to clients throughout the litigation process.
Key Duties:
Manage a range of general liability cases, including slip and fall accidents and construction defects.
Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and offer strategic advice.
Carry out thorough legal research to support case strategies and prepare necessary legal documents.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case progression and effective communication.
Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
At least 2 years of experience in general liability litigation or a similar practice area.
