Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research related to corporate, contract, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
• Oversee compliance activities, company policies, terms & conditions, and internal legal frameworks.
• Handle legal queries from customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments.
• Support management in corporate law matters, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant industry laws, guidelines, and legal best practices.
• Maintain accurate legal records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
