Join our Banking and Financial Services Legal team, supporting deposit and payment products, and ensuring that legal and regulatory risk is effectively managed across the business.
This is an 18-month contract opportunity.

What role will you play?
As a legal expert for financial products and services, you will liaise with a range of people across the business and risk functions to help deliver great customer outcomes.
You will work within a team that provides prompt, high quality and commercial legal advice on an ‘end to end’ basis – this role will be focussed on developing deposit and payments products, digital banking platforms, and advising on enterprise expertise topics such as privacy, data and anti-money laundering.
What you offer
4+ years PQE, with demonstrated experience in financial services regulation, consumer laws, breach analysis and reporting, incident management, non-cash payment facilities, DDO, and banking industry codes
Self-motivated and highly engaged, with the ability to work independently where required yet demonstrates the flexibility to collaborate and work well within teams
Strong attention to detail with good risk management awareness, and a professional and commercial approach
Proven ability to articulate complex legal analysis in simple and easy to understand language, in writing and verbally
