Job Title: Lead 3D Animator (Blender)
Location: Chennai (On-Site Only – No Work From Home)

Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 Per month (Based on experience, leadership skills & test performance)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead 3D Animator to oversee animation production and guide a team of animators. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Blender animation, along with proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of animators to deliver high-quality outputs
Create advanced character, prop, and environmental animations
Ensure animation quality, consistency, and adherence to project standards
Review team output and provide constructive feedback and corrections
Collaborate with Research and Development (R&D) teams
Plan, assign, and track animation tasks to meet deadlines
Optimize workflows and improve production efficiency
Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and visual impact
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Blender (Animation tools – mandatory)
Excellent understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, body mechanics, etc.)
Experience in handling character rigs and complex animation setups
Strong knowledge of graph editor, constraints, and animation polishing
Proven team handling / leadership experience
Ability to review, guide, and mentor junior animators
Good communication and project management skills
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3D animation
Mandatory experience in team leading or handling animators
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-quality animation work
Experience in CGI, game animation, or cinematic projects preferred
