Job Title – AI Lead Engineer
Location – Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience – 6+ years

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 6 to 8 years of technical engineering experience with expertise in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM Fine tuning
• Understanding of Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, and M365 Declarative Agent (Preferred)
• Experience in large language models (LLM) fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with AI-driven applications, generative AI, and NLP models
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex and large-scale AI projects
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with remote and diverse teams
