Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Automation Test Lead / SDET with strong expertise in building scalable automation frameworks and leading QA teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive automation strategy and deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress
Lead and mentor QA/SDET team
Write and maintain automated test scripts
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
Ensure test coverage, quality, and timely releases
Requirements
14+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles with leadership experience
Strong hands-on experience in Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress
Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience in automation framework design and implementation
Good understanding of Agile and CI/CD
Preferred Skills
API and performance testing knowledge
Experience with DevOps tools and cloud platforms
