Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Development Efforts: Take charge of the design, development, and deployment of backend services using .NET Core, MAUI, and MVC.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and user-friendly applications.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the backend systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on .NET Core, MAUI, and MVC.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and experience with MAUI for cross-platform development.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
• Database Management: Strong experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
