Key Responsibilities:
• Compensation Strategy & Program Design:
• Design, evaluate, and manage competitive base pay, incentive, and bonus programs.
• Conduct job evaluations and sustain job architecture frameworks.
• Create salary structures, pay grades, and market pricing methodologies.
• Assist in executive and sales compensation planning as required.
• Oversee the annual company merit review cycle.
• Market Analysis & Benchmarking:
• Perform thorough market analyses using trusted salary survey data.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on market trends and internal equity assessments.
• Stay updated on compensation trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Data Analytics & Reporting:
• Analyze compensation data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage the Compensation Module in ADP.
• Work with Finance to model compensation scenarios and financial impacts.
• Compliance & Governance:
• Ensure all compensation programs adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support audits and keep detailed documentation of compensation decisions.
• Collaborate with HR on pay equity analyses and corrective actions when necessary.
• Evaluate job classifications to determine exempt or nonexempt status and appropriate salary ranges.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Consult with HR, Talent, and Executive Leadership on compensation-related matters including offers, promotions, and adjustments.
• Offer guidance on pay transparency and communicate effectively about compensation strategies.
• Train managers on compensation processes and job architecture frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of ten years of progressive compensation experience.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced expertise in Excel and HRIS, preferably ADP systems.
• Experience in market pricing and conducting job evaluations.
• Solid understanding of compensation laws and regulations.
• Adept at interpreting and communicating data effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in Government Contracting is a plus.
• Possession of a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential or similar certification.
• Exposure to global compensation programs is beneficial.
• Familiarity with pay equity analysis tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in integrating compensation programs post-acquisition is advantageous.
