About the Role

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Curriculum & Spirit: Collaborate with our team to design and lead activities for children ages 2–6 that spark growth physically, cognitively and socially.
Regulation Mastery: Keep our program "Shining" by ensuring full compliance with Title 22 regulations.
Family Connection: Build deep, trusting relationships with our families through daily face-to-face interactions, check-ins, and consistent communication.
Continuous Growth: Stay at the top of your game by completing at least 15 hours of professional development annually (we want you to keep learning!).
Leadership: Report directly to the Director and serve as a pillar of positivity and professional excellence in the classroom.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Educational Foundation: At least an Associate’s Degree in ECE (preferred) plus a minimum of 12 ECE units (required).
Proven Experience: You’ve spent at least 3 years leading a classroom in a licensed childcare center.
Safety First: Current First Aid and CPR certifications (Infant/Child).
Reliability: You are ready to commit to a full-time schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (40 hours/week).
