Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems across the organization's infrastructure.
• Deploy and ambage Windows based cluster solutions
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of servers and services.
• Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard systems against unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and firmware upgrades to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain server and network infrastructure.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for Windows and Linux environments.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages to enhance system efficiency.
• Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests within established SLAs.
