Job Description
The HR Operations Supervisor will be part of the HR Operations team based in India, supervising a team of HR Coordinators. The team will work with the global HR Operations team to support the organization in a broad range of HR tasks, questions, and systems processes. This role will be responsible for managing escalations, streamlining core processes within onboarding, hiring, job changes and terminations throughout the employee life cycle while also providing overall support, guidance and training to the team.
How You'll Make An Imapct
• Provide daily oversight to a team of HR Coordinators who are the first line of support.
• Act as first point of escalations for the HR Operations team.
• Support and assume duties of the HR Coordinators, especially during times of high volume.
• Routinely monitor emails, calls, cases, and chats for accuracy and provide feedback to staff as needed.
