Job Description
- Able to objectively coach and provide guidance to employees on work-related issues, policy interpretation and creative conflict resolution
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Conduct HR round of interviews to assess behavioral aspect and determine right culture fit
- Handle complete onboarding, background verification, attendance management and exit processes
- Maintaining company directory, reports and organizational charts
- Handle employee confirmations and issue bonafide letters
- Ensuring local compliances like PF, Gratuity, ESI etc are adhered. Participation in internal and external audits.
- Conducting employee engagement activities and wellness programs
- Executing rewards and recognition program
Qualifications : Master’s degree in human resource management
