As a Lead Human Resources Specialist, you will execute operational tasks and processes in support of human resources functions, including position management, data management, reporting, performance management, own tracking the progress, completion of recurring tasks and processes. You will anticipate internal client requests or inquires and proactively provide data or other information to fulfill complex or non-routine internal client requests or inquiries, taking additional steps as needed to protect sensitive and confidential information. In this role you will, dive limited-scope projects or components of larger projects for aligned organizations and participate in strategic initiatives or cross-functional projects. As a Lead Human Resources Specialist, you will advance collaborative relationships as a liaison between HR Consulting, other internal HR teams, business stakeholders and also serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues with systems, tools and data, engaging other teams or resources as needed to reach resolution. You will create and maintain training materials and process documentation for team knowledge base, identify opportunities and participate in implementation of new or enhanced processes, systems and tools. Additionally, you will train and mentor team members.
