Vice President-Retail Banking Legal Role

The Vice President-Retail Banking Legal will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to our retail banking operations. This includes:
• Providing legal advice and support to the retail banking business unit on all legal matters.
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to retail banking operations.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in laws and regulations related to retail banking.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Representing the bank in legal proceedings related to retail banking operations.
• Providing training and guidance to retail banking staff on legal and compliance matters.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and making recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
