Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, verify, and manage leads generated through multiple channels (calls, website, social media, campaigns, walk-ins, etc.).
• Assign leads to the respective sales counselors/executives as per defined processes.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and monitor lead status through CRM or internal tracking tools.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead records in CRM/MIS systems.
• Coordinate with the sales/admissions team to track conversions and closures.
• Analyze lead quality, response time, and conversion ratios.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead performance.
• Identify duplicate, invalid, or irrelevant leads and take corrective actions.
• Support marketing teams with feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and data confidentiality standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and MIS
