YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Lead People & Culture Business Partner at Altius, you will report to the General Manager People & Culture and will step into a true hands-on HR generalist role with your responsibilities including, but not limited to
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on matters across the employment lifecycle;
Coaching leaders to build high performing, engaged teams;
Mediate and provide assistance to managers and employees to ensure that all employee grievance and discipline issues are managed in accordance with policies and legislative requirements;
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the broader Altius Group;
Drive impactful P&C initiatives
Workforce planning and talent development activities;
Work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, bringing a commercial and solutions focused lens to P&C
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar discipline;
Previous HR Business Partner experience in a complex environment
Strong knowledge of Fair Work Legislation and Modern Awards with developed ability to interpret, communicate and implement;
Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships and influence stakeholders;
A track record delivering strategic people initiatives and managing change
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
