Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
• Only US citizens without dual citizenship with another country may be considered due to contract requirements. Selected candidates must complete a government-sponsored clearance process for a Public Trust position prior to their start date.
• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years of additional professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on SAP development.
• Extensive hands-on SAP CRM ABAP development experience is necessary.
• Experience in SAP CRM to S/4 HANA migration efforts is required.
• Deep SAP CRM Knowledge: Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP CRM, familiarity with CRM data models and commonly used CRM BAPIs, user exits, and function modules is expected.
• Ability to develop high-level technical designs and recommend best practices.
• Proven experience with key SAP Tools/technologies such as BADI's, BAPI's, LSMW, ALE/Idoc, RFCs, BDC, business objects, classes and methods, Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPScripts, Data Dictionary, and ALV reporting.
• Experience in OData services development (utilizing CDS views and AMDP) and SAP workflow (design/debugging).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles, including the use of released APIs and in-app extensibility options.
• Understanding of the 3-Tier extensibility model and SAP RAP (Restful ABAP) and CAP (Cloud Application) Programming Models.
• Hands-on experience with Native SQL, ADBC, External View, ABAP Core Data Services, AMDP procedures, Text Search, and ALV on HANA.
• Experience creating custom and enhancing standard CDS view and AMDP classes based on business needs.
• Familiarity with new SAP technologies such as Fiori SAPUI5, SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Business Application Studio, and SAP Build.
• Strong expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and architecture, including designing Fiori applications, configuring Launchpad, and developing custom UI5 controls while adhering to Fiori design patterns.
• Experience with SAPUI5: building controllers, utilizing Fiori Elements framework, and extending standard apps, along with front-end skills in HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3, using SAP Web IDE or BAS for development.
• Exposure to related SAP environments (SAP ECC/ERP suite) and proficiency in object-oriented ABAP concepts, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize Fiori/UI5 applications.
