Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
• Demonstrable proficiency in: Frontend - Next.js, React.js, React Native; Backend - NestJS, Node.js + Express.js, Java (Spring or equivalent); Databases - MySQL, PostgreSQL; Cloud & DevOps - AWS services
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
• Proven track record of owning and shipping production-grade software with high availability and scalability
