Job Description
The Director, Solution Consulting for Service Now's strategic accounts and MUCE vertical will drive growth by ensuring an effective team of highly skilled technical pre-sales consultants. This role involves leading a team that delivers business strategy and thought leadership for Service Now and its ecosystem, driving cross-industry development and go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions with partners.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining a motivated team of senior-level professionals
Recruiting pipeline management to meet future business demands
Assigning resources to joint solution development opportunities and evaluating progress against goals
Managing day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review, and activity reporting
Qualifications:
7+ years' experience in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations, preferably partner-aligned
Experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels, motivate and inspire a growing team, and prioritize resources
Able to articulate concepts with technical and non-technical audiences and manage change and ambiguity
