Directly work with the senior leadership of the companyDrive strategy and decision making for HRAbout Our ClientOur client is a billion dollar conglomerate with a strong presence in India and nearby geographies looking to hire their lead for Talent ManagementJob DescriptionKey Stakeholders of this role: Group COE Heads and Group Company TM/TD leadsPrimary responsibility of this role is to support development and retention of high-quality employees (selected Talent cohorts), Program management of development journeys, supporting pipeline building through career conversations and succession programs.The role is an Individual Contributor role, reporting to the Group Head Talent management, with full ownership of the Talent Management and Development agenda at the corporate HR.The incumbent will be responsible for, Co-designing and program management of key development initiatives for senior leadership and critical talent cohorts across the group companies including Full stack execution and ownership of assessment, development, career planning and engagement initiatives. Provide data analytics and insights to assess the effectiveness and efficacy of programs to Leadership Developing relationship with and evaluating the requirement of external vendors, academic institutions to deliver programs and work towards building internal capability/in-house programs to improve and optimise TMD/L&D cost Installing and managing a LMS and an E- learning delivery platforms (competency, behavioural, compliance, technical, skill-development etc.) Employee engagement diagnostic and action planning; should be able to conceptualize and deliver Group-level initiatives based on emerging common themes. Support & Drive diversity and inclusion programs across the Group. Nurture a competency-based learning ecosystem to drive organizational performance. Group President HR/ Company CHROs/ CXOs Group Leadership Team/Chairpersons All key Business Leaders at N-1 and N-2 levelsThe Successful ApplicantAn ideal candidate- MBA from premier institutes or Masters' Degree in Psychology 0-12 years(max) of work experience in reputed Indian andor MNC organizations, known for good HR systems and practices, especially in talent management and leadership development area. Group office/ head office experience a plus Specialised certifications in talent assessment and management would be desirable (eg, MBTI, DISC, Hogan Assessment etc. Business acumen: Good business sense and judgement reflected in key decisions made Problem solving: Well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative, risk-taking and results oriented mindset Influencing: Communicates with impact. Uses tailored communication and creates authentic and trusting relationships to influence clients, especially related to organizational planning & design. Confidence in own ideas as demonstrated by external conference speaking engagements, published articles, participation in panel discussions, industry association work, or teaching Consulting: Strong coaching, consulting and facilitation skills Leadership: Demonstrated ability to accomplish work through others, including leading project teams. Demonstrated experience in initiating and leading change, including modeling the importance, motivating others, managing the key drivers of change, and overcoming obstacles Self-Management: Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously with minimal direction and deliver results with customer service skills, action-oriented, operates with sense of urgency. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexible: Demonstrated career flexibility and adaptation skills (e.g., successful industry or company changes with minimal learning curve; cross-cultural experience and flexibility if dictated by scope of organization)
