Job Description
In this role, he will coordinate with business, Project manager, and Customer for day to day delivery plan and execution . Act as the first escalation point, ensuring smooth coordination between field team, backoffice, and Customer.
In this role, he will be responsible for end-to-end Delivery of IWAN links, Material management and Partner resources management. Drive towards KPIs improvement for B2B Networks. Provide onfloor/field supervision, resolve operational issues, and handle customer or internal escalations promptly.
Role & responsibilities
• End to end Ownership of Customer delivery, SLA and CND.
• Driving - KPIs/SLA achievement as per Customer Need by Date
• Material management
• Partner resources management and Governance.
• Performance monitoring and drive towards improvement.
• Analyze performance across the zone and implement strategies to ensure performance against set targets
Preferred candidate profile
• A keen planner and implementer with insightful experience in handling operations entailing planning, budgeting, and resource deployment
• Exposure to Customer Service or Telecom business in similar customer service role
• 3-4 years hands on Experience in IWAN/5G/MPLS/Internet Products.
• Understanding of NPT/EPT/FTTH/Wireless Network
• Understanding of RF & Fiber Network.
• Must have hands-on experience of Computer Hardware and Networking.
