Executive Hiring is looking for a HR Leader for an FMCG, based in Kolkata.
2 Yrs. full time Post Grad in HR /PMIR from XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM etc. with 12-14 years of exp in HR, of which at least 4-5 years in Business HR at the Leadership level.

- Organization Structure & Organization Design
- Ensure the best available Talent Pool by constantly monitoring, analyzing and scouting for resources
- Develop the divisional L&D Plan and ensure design of Learning Interventions in line with Business Agenda
