Key Outcomes And Accountabilities
Team up with stakeholders to create and roll out leadership programs, coaching, eLearning, and mentoring.
Assess training needs and deliver solutions to enhance leadership performance.
Lead or support exciting projects and forums to create an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Own the design and delivery of the QBCC Leaders Onboarding program, always improving it.
Design programs on resilience, well-being, and skills for thriving in change.
Set up smart evaluation systems to measure the impact of leadership programs.
Candidate Attributes
Great at building strong, collaborative relationships.
Love working with others to design impactful programs.
Skilled at identifying key leadership skills for future success.
Highly desirable qualification/s in either Leadership & Management and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (Cert IV TAE).
The position is based in Brisbane and requires in person office attendance, however the successful candidate will have the option to work from home under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement.
