Job Description
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and operational success of our hospitals in Hervey Bay and Maryborough. You will work closely with our dedicated team of medical professionals, hospital staff, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient care and drive improved health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Leading with a focus on excellence, innovation, and collaboration
Managing all clinical and operational support, and human resource issues of the Division
Overseeing a significant portion of the hospital's activities
Our remuneration package includes a salary range of $181,052 - $188,781 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), and motor vehicle allowance of $26,520. Additional benefits include a generous superannuation contribution (up to 12.75%) and a supportive workplace culture.
