Leadership Hiring ( Tech)
Location : Gurgaon
Candidates coming in with experience :
- FMCG/Startups/E commerce will be preferred.
- Candidate MUST have knowledge in ESOP.
- Must have experience in TECH Hiring
Salary : Up to Rs. 28 LPA
- The incumbent will be responsible to partner with business teams to build hiring strategies managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investments.
- To work within pre-defined recruitment process while assessing that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and build standard methodology to follow
- To provide new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads
- To meet weekly/quarterly/yearly recruitment goals.
- 10-15 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function; Stint in High growth new age company would be preferred.
- Strong Entrepreneurial / business acumen mindset with a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant in senior management team that provides company leadership and direction
