Assess relevant training needs of respective Regions in consultation with local RMs.
Develop and customize content for different types of product and process training on SFDC, sales and collection process.
Conduct various induction training for all new joiners of sales, collection and Ops function for the respective region
Conduct all refresher and new product roll out programs
Roll out various new projects of various functions for the region.
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
