About the Role
Reporting to the Learning & Development Superintendent, you will provide administrative and operational support across training, compliance, and documentation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring training records are accurate, current, and audit-ready while developing strong foundational skills in administration and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling, booking, and coordinating training sessions, inductions, and workshops
Communicate training details with employees, trainers, and supervisors
Maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Track training completions, expiry dates, VOCs, and compliance requirements
Support preparation of training materials, attendance records, and learning resources
Assist with document control for Learning & Development documentation
Upload and maintain documents in the LMS and client portals
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
Support Health, Safety, Environment, and Compliance (HSEC) initiatives
Ensure training records meet audit and legislative requirements
Build positive working relationships across all branches
About You
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the LMS
Willingness to learn and develop new skills in training administration
Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and seek feedback
Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
Commitment to developing skills and completing a nationally recognised qualification
Requirements
Valid C Class WA Driver’s Licence
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent (desirable)
Previous administration or customer service experience (desirable)
Interest in a career in Learning & Development, HR, or Administration
