About the Role
As a Learning & Development Partner, you will play a key role in uplifting workforce capability across HBF by designing, curating and coordinating high‑quality, scalable learning experiences that align with our strategy and our Leadership Framework. You’ll bring contemporary learning expertise, strong systems capability and a collaborative mindset to build an integrated learning ecosystem that strengthens foundational, leadership and critical workforce capabilities.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

Supporting the design and implementation of the enterprise learning strategy and establishing governance, standards and quality controls for learning.
Leading Workday Learning stewardship by maintaining content, improving user experience and ensuring accurate, well‑governed learning pathways and capability frameworks.
Designing, curating and delivering high‑quality learning experiences across formal, informal and experiential channels, in partnership with leaders, HRBPs and capability specialists.
Sourcing, managing and coordinating external learning vendors to enhance capability uplift and deliver modern learning solutions.
Identifying enterprise capability needs and delivering uplift initiatives such as AI literacy, change capability and leadership essentials.
Tracking the adoption, experience and impact of learning initiatives, ensuring measurable uplift in capability and alignment with organisational priorities.
This position is based in Perth on either a permanent full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) basis.

About You
You are an experienced learning professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building capability that drives meaningful organisational impact. You bring modern learning expertise, strong facilitation skills and an ability to partner effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. Curious, proactive and innovative, you design learning that is engaging, practical and grounded in adult learning principles.

Ideally, you will have:

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering impactful learning across multiple modalities, including formal, informal and experiential channels.
Experience administering or owning an enterprise learning system such as Workday Learning (or equivalent).
Strong facilitation capability, with the ability to engage audiences from frontline employees to senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate with HRBPs, subject matter experts and leaders to co‑design effective learning solutions.
Practical application of adult learning principles, with a track record of innovating, experimenting and improving learning impact.
Strong stakeholder management and end‑to‑end delivery skills, with the ability to work across competing priorities and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
