Job Description

We’re looking for a Learning Experience Partner to work closely with the business to design, deliver, and embed meaningful learning experiences that enable our teams to perform at their best and deliver on the Mitre 10 strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys creating practical and engaging learning, and is passionate about connecting people, performance, and purpose.

Please note that some national travel is required for this role.

What you’ll be doing

As a trusted learning partner, you’ll:

Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, align learning to performance goals, and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions
Co‑design and develop engaging learning experiences that meet business, learner, and performance requirements
Facilitate high‑impact learning experiences both face‑to‑face and virtually
Cultivate communities of learning by connecting people through shared expertise, challenges, and interests
Evaluate learning effectiveness by measuring impact and linking outcomes to performance standards and strategy
Proactively share learning insights and create safe, inclusive spaces for learning and growth
What you’ll bring

At least 2 years’ experience in a learning or development role, ideally within a retail or similarly fast‑paced environment
Qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field
Strong instructional design capability and confidence using learning tools and technology
Proven facilitation skills across large and diverse audience groups
Ability to use data and insights to solve business challenges and demonstrate learning impact
A collaborative, values‑led approach with the confidence to lean into discomfort and have brave conversations
Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for continuous learning, both for yourself and others
