Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid (2 days office visit must) contractual role for an LMS Expert specializing in CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand). The LMS Expert will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems, integrating LMS with SAP systems, and ensuring smooth business processes. The role also involves providing analytical insights, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining system performance. Collaboration with various teams to enhance e-learning experiences and ensuring alignment with business objectives is key.
Requirements
• Hands on experience on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) learning module or performance module for data migration, configurations, and integrations.
• Should have functional and technical knowledge of CSOD LMS, Performance module and performance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system needs and design effective solutions.
• Ability to work with client technical stakeholders to finalize data migration, integration strategy and execution along with end-to-end validation.
• Provide technical expertise in configuring and integrating CSOD.
• Proficient in system analysis, design, and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• CSOD Core, LMS and Performance module certification is added advantage.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in LMS management, specifically CSOD
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision making
• Experience in CSOD configuration, migration and integration
• Understanding of SAP Basis and Integration
• Deep knowledge of business processes and their optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications in SAP or LMS platforms are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
