What this opportunity involves:
Join our centralised lease administration team supporting Centre Managers in delivering exceptional property management services. You'll work collaboratively with Property Managers, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless lease operations across our commercial property portfolio.
Day to day responsibilities:
First contact for Property Managers and clients on lease administration queries
Complete lease abstractions for new setups, renewals, assignments, and modifications in MRI
Oversee monthly rent review processes including fixed increases and CPI adjustments
Monitor tenant tax invoices, process adjustments, and manage credit applications
Maintain tenant PLI certificates, bank guarantees, and regulatory requirements
Conduct monthly MRI reviews and maintain consistency across tenancy schedules
Utilise Commercial Management software and oversee processes and training
Assist Property Managers with ad hoc tasks and liaise with tenants and owners
Key Skills & Requirements:
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills and property industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably lease administration experience.
Advanced Word and Excel proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Accounting or lease administration knowledge preferred
MRI Commercial Management experience advantageous
Property Economics qualification beneficial
Certificate of Registration to be completed if not held
