Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Leasing Coordinator will oversee leasing activities for the Townline Meridian building in Coquitlam. This is a part-time position with the following schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am to 7:00pm, and Mondays and Tuesdays from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. The Leasing Coordinator will also be eligible for a leasing bonus for each signed lease.
Leasing & Customer Service
Lease residential units and guide applicants through the leasing process.
Follow up with all leads and inquiries within 24 hours.
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.
Represent the project professionally during appointments, events, and leasing presentations.
Other duties as required
Lease Administration & Documentation
Manage all lease documentation including:
Tenancy agreements, addenda, and rules.
Security deposit forms and payment tracking (via Yardi/RentCafe).
Pet forms and reference checks.
Maintain accurate records in Yardi CRM Flex.
Ensure all move-in trackers and lease files are complete and compliant with legal requirements.
Database Management
Record all tenant and prospect data accurately in Yardi CRM Flex.
Maintain up-to-date leasing reports, prospect logs, and registration information.
Marketing & Presentation
Support special marketing events and initiatives.
Maintain display homes and Leasing Centre in a clean, professional, and inviting condition.
Utilize tenant testimonials as part of marketing efforts.
Team Collaboration
Attend leasing meetings and participate in training.
Communicate with internal departments (sales, construction, administration) as needed.

Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
Uphold high ethical standards and reflect company values.
Be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service.
Familiarity with Yardi, CRM Flex, or similar software preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
