The Leasing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Adelaide Central Market Authority’s (ACMA) property function. Reporting to the Commercial and Property Manager and working closely with the Senior Property Officer, this position provides end-to-end lease administration, financial processing, and general property support to help ensure smooth operations across the Market.
Day to day, the role manages lease documentation, casual mall licences insurance and bank guarantee registers, tenant correspondence and invoicing, while ensuring compliance with the Retail & Commercial Leases Act 1995 and ACMA policies. The Leasing Coordinator is also the first point of contact for tenant enquiries, builds positive relationships with stakeholders, and helps coordinate market operations by providing support across property, customer service and administrative functions.
With involvement in lease administration, process improvements, compliance activities and tenancy management, this position is integral to the delivery of accurate, timely and customer-focused outcomes that support ACMA’s strategic and operational goals.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Experience in lease administration and property management, preferably in retail real estate including experience with Progenesis.
Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and financial clerical services at an advanced level and with high levels of accuracy.
Advanced skills in MS Office computing applications including word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, and e-mail.
Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated high level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and customers.
