JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll focus on what matters most, creating a great experience and turning interest into leases.

You’ll own the in-person leasing journey end-to-end, from first impression through to application. That means running engaging tours, building genuine connection, and confidently guiding people to make a decision.

You’ll work closely with our Central Leasing Team, who manage enquiries and admin, so you can stay focused on what you do best which is about meeting people, building momentum and closing sales.

But this isn’t just any property.

Based in South Melbourne, Haiku Gladstone is quickly becoming one of Melbourne’s most talked-about rental communities. A place people choose for the lifestyle as much as the apartment. Think energy, design, community and constant movement.

You’ll be right at the centre of that, bringing the experience to life for every person who walks through the door, and showing them what living here could actually feel like.
This is a role where you’ll build real sales skills, work at pace, and take ownership of your results, all while representing a product people genuinely want.

About You:

You’re a natural closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You know how to read people, build trust quickly, and confidently guide them to a decision.

You’re motivated by results, take ownership of your performance, and care about delivering a smooth, high-quality experience from first impression through to move-in.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

Experience in leasing, sales, real estate, hospitality or other customer-facing roles
