The Crime Victims Services Unit is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to provide expert advice and legal assessment of applications for financial assistance under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate legal advice to support the provision of financial assistance to victims of crime
Conduct thorough assessments of applications to ensure compliance with the Victims of Crime Assistance Act
Develop and maintain expertise in relevant legislation and case law
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve unit objectives
Requirements:
Professional 2 experience in law or a related field
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly developed problem-solving and negotiation skills
Remuneration Package: $106,158 - $126,245 (including salary $+0,204 - $107,554
