Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence related to real estate transactions
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in preparing closing binders and coordinating real estate closings
Manage client communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses
Handle billing and expense reports for the practice
Support the coordination of real estate filings, title searches, and document recording
